Francesco Basile, full professor at the "Toso Montanari" Department of Industrial Chemistry of the University of Bologna was invited to participate in the work of the ministerial on clean energy (cem14 / mi8) in the context of the G20 energy in Goa in India in representation of the clean energy transition where he represents the Italian Ministry of University and Research. The presence in Goa saw an important moment in the participation as a panelist in the event organized by the clean energy transition and the European Commission "A European Approach to an International Cooperation for the Clean Energy Transition" introduced by the director of Clean Planet Rosalinde van der Vlies. In this event, Prof. Basile, together with the representation of the DoE (Department of Energy USA), the European Commission and the Nordic Energy Council developed the paths and tools offered by the clean energy partnership for transnational cooperation even outside the EU on issues such as renewable energies, hydrogen and solutions for the decarbonisation of the energy sector. This participation provides a space for international collaboration with the countries part of Mission Innovation and in particular with the Green Power Future Mission where Prof. Basile has developed the transnational cooperation project on the production of renewable energy, storage and energy systems to which a call-module is dedicated in the next clean energy transition call which will open in September.
